Job Summary
Looking for an experienced brewery professional to represent MEBL in a tie-up unit in Northeast brewery. The role will be responsible for coordinating production, central procurement, quality, inventory, logistics, dispatch and statutory compliance to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate brewing, packaging and dispatch as per production plan.
- Liaise with Central Purchase for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor brewing process, product quality and adherence to MEBL SOPs.
- Coordinate inventory, material reconciliation and production reporting.
- Ensure timely dispatches and logistics coordination.
- Handle excise documentation and statutory compliance related to production and dispatch.
- Work closely with the contract manufacturing partner, Head Office and cross-functional teams to achieve production, quality and service targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS.
Candidate Profile
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Brewing, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in brewery operations.
- Exposure to brewing, packaging, supply chain, inventory management and brewery excise.
- Good communication, planning and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP is preferred.
