Are you passionate about brewing, quality, and learning the craft of specialty beverages? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Brewer/Host to support our brewing operations and grow within the industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily brewing and production activities
- Support preparation, cleaning, and sanitization of brewing equipment
- Monitor brewing processes and maintain production records
- Help with raw material handling, inventory, and stock management
- Ensure quality standards, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Assist in packaging, storage, and dispatch activities
- Learn and follow brewing SOPs and quality procedures
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in brewing, coffee, beverages, or food production
- Basic understanding of hygiene and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and discipline
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in brewing, production, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
