About The Role
What if your MBA-level expertise in finance, strategy, and operations could directly shape how AI advises the world's next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and refine cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can reason at an executive level across corporate finance, market strategy, and organizational behavior.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business knowledge and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses incorporating financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and strategic rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical errors in AI outputs — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide clear, structured feedback
- Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and well-reasoned recommendations
- Highly detail-oriented — precise when checking financial formulas, interpreting data, and evaluating the structural integrity of business arguments
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Background in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience developing training materials, case studies, or executive-level documentation
