Business Analyst Jobs in Istanbul, Türkiye at F4e

Title: Business Analyst

Company: F4e

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye

Company Description

At F4e, we help companies align for excellence. Our AI-powered, innovative Performance Management Platform provides OKR & KPI Goals, Employee Engagement Surveys, 1-on-1 & 360° Competencies, Real-Time Feedback, Performance & Talent Evaluation, and Recognition & Reward modules. These tools support continuous development and enhance team capabilities. With F4e, organizations take a step closer to achieving excellent performance every day.

We are entering our next stage of growth, working with global customers, and reshaping how we build products. We are looking for a Business Analyst who wants to be at the center of that work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the analysis-to-development pipeline. Turn requests and ideas into clear, structured PRDs in Jira.
  • Use codex and the codebase to validate assumptions before development, understand how features work today, where dependencies sit, what constraints exist.
  • Apply the analysis template end-to-end: business context, personas, success metrics, edge cases, language, notifications, configurability.
  • Draft developer guidelines and initial test cases alongside every PRD, supported by AI tools.
  • Run test cases against built features before handoff to QA, confirm PRD-vs-code alignment yourself.
  • Maintain decision logs so context stays durable across sprints.
  • Showcase an active interest in the business process to fully comprehend what needs to be done and why.
  • Own clarity end-to-end. Be the single accountable owner of "did we actually understand the request before development started?"

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency in writing structured documentation: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases.
  • Working knowledge of Jira as the structured backbone of analysis and decision history.
  • Comfort with AI tools as part of daily work. Experience using codex, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to investigate technical questions, and the ability to iterate with an AI tool, push back on its output, recognize when it's wrong, write prompts that get useful answers.
  • Basic terminal comfort. Able to navigate a codebase, run codex queries, search by keyword, and read enough code to understand what you are looking at.
  • Manual testing skills, write test cases and run them yourself before handoff to QA. Unit testing literacy expected.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong English communication, written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a can-do attitude.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with highly configurable products where features can be renamed, hidden, or restructured by customers.
  • Experience working on AI features inside a product, with a real opinion about where AI helps and where it adds noise.
  • Background in HR-tech, fintech, or a comparably enterprise-grade SaaS.

How we work

  • AI tools are part of daily craft, not optional add-ons.
  • Pre-feature gates: no work enters development without an approved brief.
  • Decisions are logged so context doesn't evaporate between sprints.
  • Weekly priority rhythm, monthly outcome reviews.

What we offer

  • Direct visibility to the founders and senior management.
  • Freedom to raise development ideas and shape how product gets built.
  • A product used by global enterprise customers across multiple sectors.
  • Hybrid working from our Istanbul office.

How to apply

Send a CV and a one-paragraph note answering: "Describe a time you pushed back on a feature request; what was the request, what did you push back on, and what changed."

We read both. The note matters.
