Role Description
We are seeking an onsite full-time Business Analyst in our Chicago office located in the loop, who is passionate about technology and business transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
• Learn and apply foundational skills in business process analysis and solution design.
• Craft and present tailored demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support delivery teams during implementation projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. • Continuously explore and understand Microsoft ecosystem capabilities to design innovative solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, polished, and refined work that reflects a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or other enterprise software is a plus.
• Certifications such as PL-200, MB-230, MB-280, or other Microsoft certifications are a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
