Role Summary
NoyMed CRO is looking for a versatile professional to bridge the gap between business strategy and operational delivery. You will hold two primary responsibilities: defining the requirements for our digital solutions (Product Manager/BA) and leading the hands-on delivery of those solutions to our partners (Solution Lead).
Responsibilities
1. Requirement Design & Oversight
- Research & Analysis: Research, analyze, and identify core business drivers and stakeholder needs.
- Document Requirements: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process maps.
- Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize features for the platform, ensuring they solve real-world problems.
- Technology Integration: Identify and integrate external tools (including AI) to automate workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Oversight: Monitor development progress to ensure the final product meets the original business objectives and quality standards.
2. Solution Design, Delivery & Running
- Solution Design: Identify the most frequent needs for client segments and craft simple and comprehensive solutions (utilizing 4P, 5W, or other frameworks) for those needs by utilizing in-house resources, services, and available technology tools.
- Technology Partnerships: Research and Partner with other prominent industry-specific technology providers to build solutions based on their systems as well.
- Client Implementation: Act as the lead "runner" to implement and manage solutions for external sponsors and partners.
- Consultancy: Provide expert advice to help partners design more efficient projects and reduce the time from start to execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Use real-world feedback from client projects to update and refine product requirements.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all deliverables are audit-ready and meet industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: BS or MS in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, management, or other relevant major.
- Communication: Must be fluent in English and be able to articulate ideas clearly. Make visuals and presentations to demonstrate complex solutions to different audiences. Maintain balance between listening and talking to ensure active listening and genuine and bipartisan engagement during team discussions.
- Professional Background: Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role, supported by a relevant degree or professional certifications, specifically within a regulated industry (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Tech, etc.)
- Process Design: Strong ability to create detailed process flows, user stories, and business requirement documents.
- Self-Starter & Goal Getter: A hands-on, "goal-getter" personality. You must be able to work under minimal management, showing high initiative to ensure continuous progress. You must be comfortable both designing the plan and executing the work.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex problems by decomposing complexity into smaller and simpler units, solving those, and then composing the simple set of solutions into a larger and more complex solution design. Experience using data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in cycle times.
- Tech Proficiency: Proven expertise in software design and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Visio, diagrams.io, etc.) as well as project planning and management systems (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a must. Also, must understand the SDLC (Agile) and basic tools for design, documentation, development, testing, and CI/CD
