Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will spearhead efforts to identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve market research, outreach, and developing tailored proposals to secure partnerships. You will work closely with the leadership team to craft and implement strategies aligned with the firm's objectives. A strong background in sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and an ability to think strategically are key for this position. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the firm's growth trajectory and make a measurable impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
