Business Development Lead – ANZ (Hunter Role | Build from Zero)

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, driven Business Development Lead to help us crack and scale the ANZ market. This isn’t a “manage existing accounts” role—this is about building something from the ground up.

If you love the thrill of the chase, opening doors that don’t easily open, and turning conversations into revenue, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll own new business growth across Australia and New Zealand—creating pipeline from scratch, winning enterprise clients, and shaping how we go to market in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build a pipeline from zero—identify, target, and break into high-value accounts across ANZ
  • Own outbound: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events—whatever it takes to start the right conversations
  • Sell consultatively—deep dive into customer challenges and map them to smart ICT and IT service solutions
  • Get in front of decision-makers (C-suite, Heads of IT, Procurement) and hold your own
  • Close deals end-to-end—no handoffs. From first touch to signed contract
  • Experiment, iterate, and refine go-to-market strategies for ANZ
  • Stay close to the market—bring back insights, trends, and competitor intel

What You Bring

  • Proven “hunter” experience in ICT / IT services / tech sales—especially in ANZ
  • You’re comfortable building pipeline from scratch (and actually enjoy it)
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including IT staffing and C2H models
  • You know how to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communicator—whether it’s a cold call or a boardroom pitch
  • Highly self-driven—you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365

Location: Melbourne / Sydney / Canberra/Brisbane

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Authorization: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents

Experience Required: 3 to 7 years only (recent and relevant experience in IT Services/Staffing)
