Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive new business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise software deals across targeted industries in KSA.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and discovery to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Sell software solutions across multiple licensing models including SaaS (subscription-based), perpetual licensing, and hybrid commercial arrangements.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans that align with the company's overall revenue strategy.
Market Development & Client Relationships
- Leverage an established network of contacts across government entities, semi-government organizations, and private sector companies in Saudi Arabia to generate business opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, procurement leaders, and IT heads.
- Map and penetrate target accounts in high-priority verticals including government, oil & gas, banking, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, understanding their operational challenges and aligning software capabilities to their business objectives.
Proposal Development & Commercial Negotiation
- Lead the preparation of compelling, client-tailored sales proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial offers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft accurate, value-driven solution proposals.
- Conduct structured commercial negotiations — including pricing, scope, SLAs, and contractual terms — to reach mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company margins.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline using CRM tools; ensure accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular updates to sales leadership on deal progress, risks, win/loss insights, and market intelligence.
- Track market trends, and emerging client needs to continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the Saudi Arabia market — non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS, perpetual, or on-premise models).
- Prior experience selling Fixed Asset Management (FAM) or Maintenance, Inventory, and related enterprise platforms is a significant advantage.
- Established network and relationships across both private sector and government/public sector entities in KSA.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, including understanding of procurement processes in government and large corporates.
- Familiarity with ERP ecosystems, asset management, or facility management software is highly advantageous.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product capabilities at a business value level — without requiring deep engineering knowledge.
- Conversant with software commercial models: SaaS subscriptions, perpetual licensing, implementation services, and support & maintenance contracts.
