Desired Competencies:
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in selling SW services in Digital engineering across Automotive, Mfg (Discrete, Process) Industry
- Strong consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in identifying, shaping, and converting large and complex deals across.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers to understand business need.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, bid preparation, commercial negotiations, deal closure, and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership, to craft winning solutions.
- Representation at industry forums and events as required.
- Travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional, pre-sales, delivery, engineering and leadership teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or a master’s degree will be preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exposure to or representation in industry forums and professional networks
