Interspace is a leading Design & Build practice specializing in high-performance workplace interiors across Hong Kong's prime commercial hubs. To fuel our next phase of market expansion, we are seeking a high-caliber, dynamic Business Development Manager / Consultant to join our team as an elite rainmaker.
This role is a perfect strategic pivot for ambitious Corporate Real Estate (CRE) professionals, Tenant Representation specialists, or premium B2B service hunters who want to escape traditional brokerage restrictions and move into high-value workplace creation.
The Role
Operating at the intersection of commercial real estate and creative design, you will be the driving force behind our corporate client acquisitions.
- Pipeline Mastery & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new project opportunities through targeted corporate outreach, market tracking, and high-contact B2B networking.
- Relationship & Influence Management: Use your professional poise and natural charisma to build deep connections with C-suite decision-makers, landlords, asset managers, and commercial real estate influencers.
- Market Intelligence: Actively track upcoming corporate office relocations, lease expiries, and workplace restructurings across Hong Kong to secure early invitations to tender.
- Proposal & Pitch Presentation: Partner with our senior design and project delivery teams to craft and present compelling workplace solutions, directly influencing client selection.
Experience & Tracks

- Business Development Manager / Consultant: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B corporate services, tenant representation, commercial office leasing, or premium property consulting.
- Business Development Executive: Exceptionally driven, articulate candidates with less experience but intense hunger and charisma will be considered for an accelerated development track.
The Package
- Base Salary: HK$25,000 to HK$35,000 per month (negotiable based on your active corporate network and track record).
- Uncapped Performance Incentives: Access a highly lucrative, tiered project performance incentive scheme designed to heavily reward premium, high-margin wins.

Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Highly confident, fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for interfacing with multinational clients. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a distinct competitive advantage for local partner networking.
- Corporate Presentation: Impeccably groomed with an advanced inquisitive mindset, strong professional poise, and the mental agility needed to lead executive-level conversations.
