The Opportunity

Open to candidates based in the Philippines only.

This is a pivotal internal sales role within ADEC Innovations. As our Business Development Representative, you will be at the front line of our growth across the Australian market; prospecting, qualifying, and booking high-value meetings for our Head of Global Business Solutions, Oceania to advance and close.

You will work within a structured outbound function, supported by modern sales engagement tools and a clear go-to-market strategy.  

 

We will give you a thorough grounding in ADEC, our offering, and our market positioning.  

 

What we will not be doing is teaching you how to book meetings.  

 

You are expected to arrive knowing how to prospect, qualify, and book meetings, and to be doing it from day one.

What we are also looking for is someone who takes genuine ownership of their craft; who contributes to how we improve, brings considered ideas to the table, and understands that their pipeline has a direct and measurable impact on the growth of this business.

What You Bring In

  • A minimum of five years in a B2B sales or BDR role, with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
  • Direct experience in the offshoring, outsourcing, or BPO sector; you understand dedicated seat models, the commercial value proposition, and the business pressures that drive Australian companies to offshore
  • Proven experience working with or alongside Australian clients or sales teams, with a sound understanding of Australian business culture, communication styles, and AEST/AWST operating hours
  • Near-native spoken and written English: precise, confident, and professional across every channel and every conversation
  • Hands-on experience with modern outbound prospecting and automation tools, including Apollo.io, Amplemarket, Lusha, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms
  • A self-directed working style; you manage your own activity levels, know your numbers, and hold yourself accountable without needing close oversight
  • Strong active listening skills and genuine curiosity about the businesses and people you are engaging with

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute structured outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn, targeting Australian B2B decision-makers in alignment with our outbound strategy and ICP
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads rigorously, ensuring every meeting booked for the Head of Global Business Solutions, Oceania is well-prepared, well-matched, and worth the conversation
  • Apply a strong understanding of sales psychology to build rapport, navigate gatekeepers, and move prospects through the pipeline with purpose
  • Manage your pipeline with discipline: every touchpoint logged, every lead status current, and your data clean across our sales engagement platforms
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of outbound messaging, call scripts, and objection handling; when something isn’t landing, come with a specific, considered suggestion for what to try instead
  • Participate actively in weekly sales alignment sessions, treating them as working sessions, not reporting exercises
  • Maintain a strong meeting show-up rate through timely, professional pre-meeting communication and consistent relationship management

Your Measure of Success

  • Daily outbound activity volume across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Sales Qualified Meetings booked per month
  • Meeting show-up rate of booked prospects

Compensation & Performance Package

  • Base Salary: PHP 75,000 – PHP 100,000+ per month, commensurate with verifiable enterprise B2B sales experience plus benefits and HMO with dependent.
  • Performance Incentives: Commission structure with bonuses for Sales Qualified Meetings that proceed to a successful discovery call

Work Environment and Technical Requirements

For candidates in a hybrid or remote arrangement:

  • A private, dedicated workspace, free from background noise during all working hours; this is a firm requirement for a role conducted entirely over the phone and video
  • High-speed internet with a minimum sustained connection of 25–50 Mbps, plus a documented backup connection
  • Hardware and noise-cancelling headset provided by ADEC Innovations
