Business Operations is a small team of self-starters with broad impact across the organization.
As a Program Manager on this team, you will solve problems and drive operational improvements to help the organization scale efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards, as it continues to push the boundaries of innovative new technologies. You will lead strategic communication programs that support the evolution of the operating model, enabling delivery on the mission and exceeding customer expectations.
Description
As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will manage the organization’s communication strategy and oversee audience engagement across diverse communication channels. You’ll collaborate with business leads and partners to craft timely and impactful messaging that drives awareness and execution of business operations and strategic initiatives. You’ll also be responsible for continuously improving templates and resources to ensure presentation formats and messaging frameworks remain updated, visually impactful, and aligned with company standards.
This role requires a unique combination of business acumen, organizational effectiveness, project management, and communication skills. You will need to quickly comprehend a variety of business challenges and organizational changes, and translate those into effective messages for varying audiences.
To succeed, you must be an exceptional communicator with a bias toward action, an agile and creative problem solver, and able to build strong relationships across functions. Your scope often spans offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it’s your job to connect the dots across the organization to ensure alignment and drive organization-wide impact.
