What you will be doing:As a Cabinet Maker, you'll be involved in all aspects of custom millwork production, including, but not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and production plans
- Building custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
- Cutting, machining, assembling and finishing cabinet components
- Installing hardware including drawer slides, hinges, organizers and specialty components
- Ensuring finished products meet Oakstone's quality standards
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Problem solving and suggesting improvements when challenges arise
- Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including, but not limited to:
- Table saw
- Edge bander
- CNC equipment (experience considered an asset)
- Drill press
- Router
- Sanders
What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have:
- 4 + years of cabinet making or custom millwork experience
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques
- Ability to read shop drawings independently
- Experience with laminate, veneer, hardwood and melamine products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation
Bonus SkillsExperience with:
- CNC programming or operation
- Mozaik
- AutoCAD
- Installation experience
- Commercial Millwork
- Solid Surface Fabrication

Compensation$25 – $32 per hourCompensation will be based on experience, skill level and overall fit.
