Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cameraman role based in Rawalpindi. The Cameraman will be responsible for operating professional cameras to capture high-quality video content for marketing, promotional, and project documentation purposes. Daily tasks include setting up and adjusting camera equipment, framing shots, and ensuring proper focus, exposure, and composition. The role involves collaborating with the creative, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements, follow shot lists, and contribute to visual storytelling. The Cameraman will also assist with basic lighting setups, maintain equipment, and support video and TV-style production activities on-site as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong camera operation skills, including proficiency with professional Camera systems and shot composition.
- Practical experience with Lighting setups to achieve consistent visual quality in different environments.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including coordinating shoots and supporting post-production workflows.
- Exposure to TV Production or similar studio/field production environments is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, or large-scale development projects is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in varying outdoor conditions and manage multiple shoots under tight timelines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to follow creative direction and safety guidelines.
- Relevant diploma, certification, or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
