About the Role

At AmpliSell, we're looking for a client-savvy Amazon Catalog Specialist to own the health and performance of a dedicated client account. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for the brand and be responsible for keeping their Amazon catalog accurate, compliant, and optimized. You'll operate with a high degree of independence, representing AmpliSell directly with the client and making things happen without constant direction.

Who You Are

You're a proactive Amazon operator who:

  • Has hands-on experience managing Amazon account health including lifting listing suppressions, resolving policy violations, and navigating Seller Support to close cases.
  • Communicates with polish and professionalism, and is comfortable being the main face of our team to a client.
  • Takes ownership without being told – you find problems before they escalate and pursue resolution relentlessly.
  • Knows Amazon's catalog inside and out: flat files, variations, SEO copywriting, and listing creation.
  • Stays organized across multiple priorities and doesn't let tasks fall through the cracks.
  • Is confident working independently in a high-trust, single-account environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Account Health: Monitor and resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, state-level restrictions, and performance notifications. Open, track, and follow up on Seller Support cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the brand's primary day-to-day contact at AmpliSell. Proactively communicate updates, chase approvals, and keep the client informed without being asked.
  • Maintain Catalog Accuracy: Manage the Master Catalog, create new listings (manual and via flat file), set up and maintain variations, and ensure all product detail pages are accurate and fully optimized.
  • Write & Optimize Listing Copy: Craft SEO-driven titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Coordinate content with the Design team.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing Amazon account health, including lifting suppressions and resolving compliance issues.
  • Strong command of Amazon Seller Central including listings, flat files, variations, and support cases.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills in English, at C1 level or better.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset. You don't wait for problems to be handed to you.
  • High attention to detail and the organizational habits to stay on top of a fast-moving account.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce, Amazon agency, or brand management environment preferred.
