Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, insight‑rich sessions with SMEs to build deep process understanding, carrying out robust gap analyses to shape the journey from current to future state.
- Drive excitement and awareness around change, delivering clear and compelling communications to operational teams to maximise adoption and readiness.
- Identify, empower, and coach change champions who will advocate for new ways of working and support smooth transitions into service.
- Conduct thorough business readiness assessments, ensuring teams, processes, and systems are fully prepared for upcoming changes.
- Design, support, and deliver dynamic workshop sessions to gather requirements, spark collaboration, and challenge existing thinking.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑implementation reviews, capturing actionable feedback and sharing insights to embed learning and enhance future delivery.
- Maintain high‑quality documentation and logs across the change management lifecycle, ensuring clarity, traceability, and governance.
- Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams, supporting integration testing, refining test scripts, and enabling a seamless UAT experience.
- Partner with the Training team to ensure new changes are translated into practical learning and successfully embedded within operations.
- Gather, analyse, and present data to influence key decisions, track performance, and demonstrate initiative success.
- Build and maintain a strong, trusted network across the organisation, nurturing positive relationships with users, peers, and leaders.
- Lead the transition of projects into live operation, ensuring complete handover and successful closure of delivered initiatives.
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities, using insights, data, and feedback to recommend enhancements, challenge inefficiencies, and help shape a culture of ongoing optimisation.
Experience / Personal Attributes
- Strong end‑to‑end understanding of customer management journeys within a regulated environment, with a keen eye for operational excellence & continuous improvement.
- Deep knowledge of billing and debt system components, and how they interact to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Well‑versed in change management methodologies and full project lifecycle delivery, bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to every initiative.
- Experienced in working with governance tools such as RAID logs and business requirements templates to maintain control and visibility.
- Proven ability to optimise initiatives for maximum benefit, using insights, analysis, and challenge to drive meaningful improvements.
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Visio for process mapping and PowerPoint for engaging visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of UAT processes, ensuring quality outcomes and smooth transitions into operational use.
- A self-starter with high motivation, able to work autonomously while thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Exceptional communicator, confident in building relationships and influencing at all levels across the business.
- Skilled facilitator and presenter, able to energise discussions, bring people together, and drive alignment.
- Comfortable engaging with detailed requirements and technical information, translating complexity into clear, actionable change support.
