- Experience with digital communications platforms, multimedia production, and enterprise event/launch execution.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- The Level IV Change Manager leads enterprise and complex multi-program change efforts with a strategic emphasis on communications leadership, executive presentation, and organizational storytelling. This role partners with senior leaders to shape narrative, align messaging across the portfolio, and design communication architectures that build sustained capability and adoption.
- Own development and execution of enterprise-level communications and presentation strategies for large-scale programs with significant organizational impact.
- Advise and partner with executive sponsors and program leadership on message architecture, executive briefings, town hall designs, sponsor talking points, and communication governance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Craft and oversee executive-ready materials that connect adoption outcomes to business value; prepare boards, steering committees, and executive forums with insights and clear recommendations.
- Lead complex stakeholder and audience segmentation work to tailor communications and presentation approaches across functions, leadership tiers, and global locations.
- Design and govern enterprise communications frameworks, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of messaging and presentations.
- Coach and prepare senior leaders and sponsor coalitions for high-stakes presentations, Q&A, and media/internal interviews; run rehearsal sessions and refine delivery.
- Design measurement approaches for communications effectiveness (reach, engagement, sentiment, comprehension) and translate insights into messaging adjustments and reinforcement campaigns.
- Oversee large-scale launch communications, integrated campaigns, employee engagement programs, and enterprise enablement events.
- Build, lead, and mentor teams of communications and presentation professionals; establish standards, quality assurance, and capability development programs.
- Manage external communications vendors/agencies as needed to scale creative, video, design, and event production.
- Reporting and level expectations
- Operates at an enterprise or organization-wide level, leading complex programs and influencing strategic decisions through communications and presentation leadership.
- Responsible for shaping governance, standards, and capability uplift across multiple initiatives; escalates only the most complex or enterprise-level issues.
- Drives sustained adoption and reduced program risk through compelling communication strategies, strong executive presentation, and institutionalized messaging practices that connect change to measurable business value.
