Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Procurement skills, with proven experience in end-to-end planning, sourcing, production, logistics, and distribution.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, forecast demand, manage inventory, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, build supplier partnerships, and maintain high service levels for customers and partners.
- Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing or beverage/FMCG environments, including managing large, multi-site supply chain teams.
- Track record of implementing supply chain technologies, SAP, ERP systems, and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, regulatory, and compliance standards relevant to food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh and engage with local and regional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in emerging markets or fast-growing industries is an advantage.
