Role Description The Cleaning Service role at Roundbox Animation is a full-time, on-site position based in Malang. The team member will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all studio areas, including offices, meeting rooms, workstations, restrooms, and common areas. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying trash bins, and restocking cleaning and bathroom supplies. The role also involves ensuring that equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and stored properly, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and supporting a tidy, organized work environment for artists and staff. The Cleaning Service team member will interact professionally with employees and visitors while respecting confidentiality and the creative nature of the studio space.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously with staff and visitors and respond to requests professionally.
- Analytical Skills to identify cleanliness, safety, or maintenance issues and take appropriate action or escalate when needed.
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities support is preferred; knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and safety procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as cooperatively within a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malang and follow studio schedules and hygiene standards.
