We are looking for a Client Care Manager to join our team in the south of Gran Canaria.
If you have customer support experience and the ambition to grow in the luxury industry, this is your moment. You will work directly with international clients, learn the world of high-end watches and jewelry from the inside, and build the expertise to lead the entire client journey, from the first conversation through to fulfillment and after-sales.
This is more than a support role. It is the opportunity to build something, to grow alongside it, and to help write the next chapter of a brand with real momentum.
What you will do
- Advise and sell to clients across phone, video call, WhatsApp, live chat, and email
- Guide customers to the watch or piece of jewelry that is right for them
- Follow up on leads and close sales with confidence
- Coordinate shipments from start to finish
- Handle client concerns with care, discretion, and professionalism
- Manage customer reviews and craft thoughtful responses
- Work hand in hand with the boutique team to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience
- Make our CRM and digital tools part of your daily rhythm
What you bring
- Experience in a customer support role (essential)
- Fluent English and Spanish (essential)
- Additional languages such as German, French, or a Nordic language (a valuable plus)
- Confidence with digital tools and online communication
- A proactive, organized, and detail-driven mindset
