We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led person to help grow a premium visual practice built around product, tabletop, food, watches, jewellery, liquids, and visual-engineering-led image making.
This is a specialist role for someone who understands that premium visual work is not sold through volume outreach alone. It is sold through taste, positioning, trust, persistence, and the ability to connect the right work to the right people.
The practice sits at the intersection of cinematography, photography, tabletop craft, technical problem-solving, and high-precision execution. We are looking for someone who can understand that value, represent it with clarity, and help create meaningful business opportunities around it.
This is not a generic sales role, and it is not designed for someone who needs a large corporate structure to function well. It is better suited to someone who is thoughtful, self-driven, articulate, and comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led environment.
The role
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, brands, directors, producers, and creative decision-makers
- Identify relevant opportunities across stills, motion, tabletop, food, product, jewellery, and engineering-led assignments
- Write thoughtful, well-judged outreach rather than generic sales messages
- Follow up with consistency, tact, and good instinct
- Coordinate meetings, decks, introductions, and next steps
- Help position the work appropriately for different kinds of clients and briefs
- Keep a live pipeline of conversations and opportunities active and organised
