As part of the Operations Team, you will play a key role in supporting merchant acquisition and business growth by identifying and qualifying new merchant opportunities, engaging prospective and existing merchants, and driving successful onboarding, activation, and long-term customer growth.

  • Identify and generate new merchant opportunities through market research, referrals, digital channels, and other lead generation activities
  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound business opportunities generated through multiple acquisition channels
  • Engage prospective merchants to understand their business needs and guide them through the onboarding journey
  • Support merchant acquisition activities by collaborating closely with the Sales team throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Promote Viva.com's products and services, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption, customer value, and business growth
  • Act as a key point of contact between merchants and internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the company's CRM and internal systems
  • Monitor and analyze merchant account performance, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing account performance to drive growth;
  • Hold a strong interest in technology, with the desire to become a payments subject matter expert;
  • Be able to identify customer technical and commercial requirements to craft solutions;
  • Hold strong presentation skills, particularly over the phone or with video meetings;
  • Possesses collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of people to get stuff done;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
