Role

Vacarya is a done-for-you Airbnb arbitrage service. We source pre-approved leases, design and set up the properties, and provide the systems behind 100+ Operator clients running 400+ short-term rentals across the United States. 

You take qualified appointments from our marketing team, run them through the Vacarya CLOSER framework, and convert them into signed Operators. You don’t prospect, you don’t dial cold, you don’t hunt your own leads. You close.

You will sell to high-intent buyers who engaged with our content, booked the call themselves, and showed up because they want what we sell. Your job is to qualify honestly, walk them through the offer with conviction, handle objections without flinching, and ask for the money. The leads are warm. The product works. Your job is to convert at the bar set below.

Responsibilities

On the call

  • Take 2–3 qualified appointments per day
  • Run every call against the Vacarya CLOSER framework — no improvisation, no winging the structure
  • Qualifying hard. Not every prospect is a fit for our high ticket offering and we do not sell to people who can’t make it work.
  • Handle objections with conviction, not pressure. We never promise returns. We never pitch passive income. We sell the enablement of a real business.
  • Stay inside our conditional guarantee and know it cold and explain it honestly

Post-call

  • Log every call in the CRM the same business day
  • Send the follow-up sequence to every prospect, won or lost
  • Make every recorded call available for CS handoff briefs on closed deals
  • Surface patterns back to marketing and operations weekly so that they know what is landing, what’s getting stuck, what’s killing deals

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing in business opportunity, franchise, coaching, mentorship, real estate education, or similar high-ticket B2C verticals
  • Ticket-size match: documented experience closing in the $10,000 to $50,000 range
  • Documented close rate of 30%+ on appointment-set inbound leads over the last 90 days, with proof (CRM screenshot, dashboard export, or manager letter)
  • Comfortable on a recorded line. Every call we run gets reviewed and scored for coaching
  • You do not need to know short-term rental, Airbnb, or arbitrage. You need to know how to close warm leads. We will teach you the product.

Results

You will be measured on these numbers, reviewed weekly:

Volume

  • 2–3 qualified calls held per day
  • 10–15 qualified calls held per week

Conversion

  • Close rate on appointment-set calls: 30%+

Hygiene

  • Calls recorded: 100%
  • Post-call CRM logged within the same business day: 100%
  • Follow-up sent within 24 hours of the call: 100%

Integrity

  • Return or revenue guarantees made on a call: 0
  • Misrepresentations of the conditional guarantee: 0
  • Sales to clearly unqualified buyers (measured by 30-day refund or buyer’s remorse rate): under 5%

Schedule

Weekends are required. Our ICP is busy professionals and they book calls when they’re not at work, which means Saturday and Sunday are our highest-volume days. If you can’t work weekends, this role isn’t for you.

You work a 5-day week including both Saturday and Sunday, with any 2 weekdays off. The bar is 2–3 qualified calls held per working day.

Compensation: $60,000 base + commission on cash collected. OTE for a real closer would be $120K–$180K in year 1.
