We are live, we have customers, and we are at the inflection point. Now we need a Co-Founder to build the commercial engine that takes us from early traction to category leadership.

Role Description

This is a Co-Founder (Business, GTM & Sales) role. You will own everything on the business side — GTM, revenue, fundraising, partnerships, and growth — working directly alongside the technical founding team. We are looking for someone who knows how to take companies from 0 → 1, close enterprise customers, build repeatable GTM systems, raise capital, and help shape a category-defining AI company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end — positioning, channels, launch playbooks, and early revenue
  • Drive B2B sales across enterprise accounts, mid-market, and SMB — building repeatable sales motions
  • Identify and close early distribution partnerships, channel integrations, and growth loops
  • Lead fundraising — build the narrative, craft the deck, manage investor relationships, and help close rounds
  • Build and scale a high-trust community around the Clara brand — online and offline
  • Work directly with the founding team to align GTM motion with product development
  • Drive the feedback loop between customers and product — turning insights into roadmap inputs
  • Experiment relentlessly across acquisition, activation, and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, GTM, partnerships, or revenue leadership
  • Direct experience selling into enterprise accounts, SMB, and mid-market customers
  • Proven track record taking products from 0 → 1 — first customers, first revenue, first repeatable motion
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and AI sales cycles
  • Fundraising experience — investor meetings, pitch storytelling, fundraising strategy, or co-leading rounds
  • Strong network across SaaS, AI, enterprise technology, or startup ecosystems
  • Founder mentality — high ownership, fast execution, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Comfortable being hands-on: outbound, CRM, sequences, demos, calls, partnerships, and closing deals

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer ecosystems alongside B2B
  • Hands-on experience with community platforms, CRM, or growth tooling
  • Early-stage PLG or community-led growth exposure
  • Familiarity with AI SDR, conversational AI, or AI agent ecosystems
