WhitegloveAI is selectively identifying a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer as it enters its next phase of growth. This is not an early-stage gamble. We are a contract-backed Managed AI Service Provider with marquee clients, a completed priced round, and a growing portfolio of AI services and training. We are looking for the operator who will run and scale the company day to day so the founder can stay focused on the work and the AI craft.
If you are a builder who is also fully AI-native, this is a rare seat.

- A cooperative purchasing contract that shortens public-sector sales cycles

What you will do:
- Run the company. Build the systems, metrics, and operating rhythm to scale
- Own sales and growth end to end, from RFP response to enterprise close
- Partner with the founder to lead the next raise
- Build the team and make sure client commitments are met
- Own the operating model and the milestones that unlock the next stage
- Set the standard for an AI-first company
Who this is for. You likely are:
- A proven operator who has helped build and scale a company
- A commercial leader who can win enterprise and public-sector deals
- Someone who has helped raise capital

- Are fully AI-native and think like a builder, not an employee
- Want real ownership, long-term impact, and skin in the game
Requirements:
- Full-time commitment as a founding partner
- Ability and willingness to make a personal co-investment in the company
- Demonstrated operating experience owning revenue and operations
- Genuine AI fluency in daily work
Strong preferences:
- Based in or willing to be regularly present in DFW
- At least one prior successful exit, or having scaled a company to a meaningful outcome
- Depth with Claude specifically
- Public-sector or enterprise go-to-market experience
Important:
This is a co-founder role with a meaningful equity stake that vests over time. It carries a co-investment: we want a partner with real skin in the game. It is equity-first by design. There is no cash salary at the outset; cash compensation phases in as the company reaches defined milestones. This is a founder's bet, structured like one.
