Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder, Sales & Business Development. The individual will drive sales growth, develop and execute business strategies, build and manage client relationships, identify emerging market opportunities, and craft tailored solutions for potential clients. Responsibilities include leading sales presentations, expanding the client portfolio, overseeing marketing efforts, and collaborating with the technical team to align business goals with AI product development.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge partnerships, articulate value propositions, and negotiate effectively
  • Proven expertise in sales, marketing, and business development, with the ability to develop strategies that drive growth and generate revenue
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in AI technologies and an understanding of industry-specific applications, especially in healthcare, is an asset
  • Self-driven, with excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
