The opportunity
We are seeking a purpose-driven co-founder to establish and lead the legal, people, and financial foundations of Ipruim in the Netherlands. You will be the authorized Dutch entity lead responsible for registering and structuring the organization, building our people-first culture from day one, and championing our fundraising story to mission-aligned investors.
Key responsibilities
Establish the legal entity in the Netherlands (KVK registration, governance structure, articles of association, IP protection)
Ensure full Dutch and EU regulatory compliance GDPR, employment law, nonprofit/foundation frameworks as applicable
Design and own the HR framework community hiring philosophy, volunteer structures, contracts, and values-led culture documentation
Lead the fundraising strategy; identify and engage mission-aligned investors, impact funds, cultural preservation grants, and EU heritage programs.
Build and deliver the investor pitch deck and financial models in collaboration with the founding team
Develop strategic partnerships with community organisations, cultural foundations, and NGOs across the Netherlands and Europe
Serve as the authorized representative of Ipruim for all legal and institutional matters in the Netherlands.
40% Founding equity stake in Ipruim, Vesting terms to be agreed upon joining. You will be a true co-owner of this mission, not an employee.
Cash remuneration: Salary and cash compensation will be activated and shared once the first investment round is secured. This is a mission-first, equity-first role for someone who believes in what we are building.
