Inbox Manager & Appointment setter Position – High-Volume Lead Generation Company

Company Overview

We're a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that generates millions of emails monthly and books hundreds of meetings for clients across multiple industries. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and we've facilitated over $100M in revenue. We need a sharp, responsive inbox manager and appointment setter to handle our high-velocity sales process.

Position: Appointment setter – remote

Rate: $500-$1000/month depending on experience, OTE $1000-$1500 per month

Hours: 45 hours/week, 9am-6pm EST

Start Date: Immediate

Core Responsibilities

Replying to emails and calling leads within 5 minutes of their response with near-perfect English, spoken and written.

Email Management (70% of role)

– Monitor and respond to ALL interested email replies within 5-10 minutes during business hours

– Qualify leads using provided scripts and criteria

– Schedule meetings directly into client calendars

– Track all responses in organized spreadsheets with detailed notes

– Maintain minimum 40% lead-to-meeting conversion rate

Communication & Coordination (20% of role)

– Use Slack for all internal team communication

– Provide daily reports on metrics: replies received, meetings booked, conversion rates

-Call leads within 5-10 minutes of their interested reply with American-sounding accent.

Strategic Thinking (10% of role)

– **CRITICAL:** Use your brain to craft compelling responses after learning our products/services

– Suggest improvements to email templates based on response patterns

– Identify trends in lead quality and feedback to optimize targeting

Required Qualifications

Non-Negotiable Requirements

– **Exceptional English:** Native-level written communication skills

– **Lightning Response Time:** Can consistently reply within 5-10 minutes

– **Spreadsheet Mastery:** Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for tracking and analysis

– **Professional Communication:** Business-level email etiquette and Slack proficiency

– **Self-Direction:** Ability to learn complex B2B products quickly and think strategically

Preferred Experience

– 2+ years in email management, sales, or customer service

– Experience with CRM systems and calendar scheduling tools

– B2B lead generation or appointment setting background

– Previous remote work experience with US companies

Performance Metrics & KPIs

– **Response Time:** Average under 8 minutes during business hours

– **Conversion Rate:** Minimum 40% from interested reply to booked meeting

– **Accuracy:** 95%+ accuracy in lead data entry and meeting scheduling
