Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications: Design and deploy internal/external communication plans across social media, corporate intranets, and digital workplace tools
- Content & Brand Advocacy: Craft, edit, and proofread high-quality content (newsletters, presentations, print) keeping local context aligned with global brand guidelines
- Employer Branding: Lead campaigns focused on the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to boost employee satisfaction and champion organizational culture
- Events & Analytics: Orchestrate corporate gatherings, webinars, and workshops, while tracking KPIs and metrics to continuously optimize communication reach
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in Communications or Marketing (experience within a Shared Services or international environment is highly valued
- Tech & Design Savvy: Proficient with digital communication tools, MS Office, and design software (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the confidence to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and leader
- Languages: Mandatory high-level fluency in English
