Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Communication Designer to join our dynamic design team in Shanghai. In this role, you will craft engaging digital communication design across multiple touchpoints and packaging for consumer-centric home appliances.
Please note that this is a short-term contractual role with an end date in December 2026.

Job Responsibilities
- Support multiple projects and strategic initiatives for product programs from project initiation to product launch.
- Craft digital Consumer Decision Journey (CDJ) content, communication frameworks, visual assets, and product landing pages for online channels.
- Deliver and review packaging artwork for a diverse range of appliances, ensuring design intent and brand consistency are maintained.
- Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify user needs and design opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary designers and project teams across marketing and R&D.
- 支持多个产品项目的全周期战略规划，涵盖从项目启动到产品上市的整个流程。
- 针对线上渠道，创作数字化消费者决策路径 (CDJ) 内容、传播框架、视觉资产以及产品落地页内容。
- 负责各类家电产品包装品的外观设计与审核，确保设计意图的实现并保持品牌一致性。
- 开展消费者和竞品研究，以挖掘用户需求并发现设计机会点。
- 与跨学科的设计师以及来自市场、研发等部门的项目团队成员进行紧密跨职能合作。
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant design experience, preferably within home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CGI-related software; strong skills in artwork illustration, retouching, visual semantics, and visual hierarchy.
- Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and independent, with a great sense of aesthetics and the ability to bring fresh, bold ideas to the team.
- Communication: Strong storytelling and narrative abilities, with professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to suppliers and design-related exhibitions when required.
