Maxima is looking for a Communication Manager to help create, shape, and bring those stories to life.
What will you do?
You’ll be responsible for shaping our messages both externally and internally. You’ll initiate and lead projects, spot opportunities where others see “this is how it’s always been,” and drive real change across the organization.

– Experience in communications and a clear understanding of what you do and why
– Ability to craft messages for media and internal communication
– Strong project initiation and management skills
– Excellent Estonian and English language skills
