About the job:

Primarily Remote (90%) | Entry Level | Manila-Based Applicants Only

We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our growing social media team! In this role,
you’ll focus on building and strengthening our brands’ online presence and communities,
engaging with followers, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and providing
insights and solutions to maintain a brand’s digital health.

What You will Do:
Community Management and Campaign Engagement (60%)

* Engage with brand followers through community management and content posting, while
upholding the brand voice

* Take ownership of social media pages, requirements, and deliverables
 
* Alert clients of issues as they occur, with complete information and recommended next
steps

* Demonstrate knowledge of clients’ businesses and continuously build relationships with
them

* Coordinate with the Accounts, Social Media, and Brand teams regularly Social Listening, Trendspotting, and Reporting (25%)
 
* Generate and analyze social media data using various tools
 
* Audit online assets of clients and competitors, identifying opportunities and threats to
the brand

* Review Conversations and Identify key themes and takeaways
 
* Craft clear, insightful, and actionable reports for stakeholders

Social Media Strategy (15%)

• Provide recommendations for customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and online
advocacy

• Recommend content plans based on best practices per social platform

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of professional experience in social media management across Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Viber, and Telegram

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of the social media landscape

• Solutions-oriented, assertive, and resilient

• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite is a plus

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Location Requirements:

We are only accepting applications from candidates based in
Manila with the right to work in the Philippines.

Schedule: This role follows a five-day workweek with an unconventional weekend schedule (not Saturday to Sunday)
