Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Growing gaming communities on Telegram, socials & IRL
- Running tournaments, challenges & esports events (online + offline) Linking up with esports orgs, gaming cafés, KOLs & streamers
- Creating content that actually pops — memes, UGC, challenges, hype posts
- Working alongside Social, PR, Design & Sales to make gaming central to everything
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- You're deep in the Central Asia mobile gaming scene — PUBG MOBILE knowledge is a big plus
- You've run a community, an event, or worked with creators before
- You know how to keep a Telegram/Discord community actually active
- You're organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments Fluent in Russian & English
- This isn't a desk job where gaming stays a hobby — it's a job where gaming IS the job
