Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Site Handyman to join our team working on condominium and apartment building projects throughout Windsor-Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing repairs, deficiency corrections, finishing work, and general maintenance tasks in occupied and newly constructed residential buildings.
Responsibilities
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and touch-up work.
- Perform minor carpentry, trim installation, and door adjustments.
- Install and repair fixtures, hardware, and building components.
- Conduct suite turnovers and prepare units for occupancy.
- Respond to maintenance and warranty-related service requests.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, property managers, and trades as required.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building maintenance, or handyman services.
- Strong knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common building deficiencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
