The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Consumer Services Supervisor lead a fast-paced team environment in our Early Branch, SC office. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily front-line operations, ensuring inbound and outbound consumer interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with company standards.
You will provide direction and real-time support to Consumer Service Representatives, manage escalations related to back-orders, estimated delivery timelines, warranty matters, and order fulfillment, and ensure operational execution meets service-level expectations.
This role serves as a critical bridge between frontline teams and cross-functional partners. Through coaching, performance management, and process oversight, you will ensure consistent service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall consumer experience.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Consumer Service Representatives to achieve performance, quality, and productivity targets
- Monitor daily service levels, call volume, and case resolution to ensure timely, professional responses across all communication channels
- Oversee resolution of complex order, warranty, and fulfillment inquiries; manage escalated consumer cases to successful outcomes
- Review open orders and fulfillment reporting to proactively identify delivery risks and implement corrective action
- Drive adherence to established procedures, documentation standards, and system accuracy across multiple software platforms
The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a Retail or Wholesale environment, with prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills with a consumer-first mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced navigating multiple operational systems simultaneously
- Results-oriented leader who uses data to drive performance improvement and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining operational oversight and team accountability
