About the Role: In this creative role, you will become a maestro of faith-inspired design, channeling your artistry and deep understanding of Christian culture to:
- Design with Purpose: Create original graphic prints, patterns, and illustrated artwork intended for direct application onto clothing that authentically reflects Christian faith, values, and messaging.
- Bring Faith to Life Visually: Develop designs that speak genuinely to a faith-based audience — not surface-level, but rooted in a real understanding of Christian scripture, culture, and community.
- Own the Production Process: Prepare print-ready files in the correct formats and specifications for garment production, ensuring every piece is flawless from concept to manufacturing.
- Collaborate Closely: Iterate on designs based on founder feedback, ensuring final outputs align with the brand's faith-driven aesthetic and spiritual mission.
- Support Social Presence: Assist with social media content creation as needed — graphics, posts, and visual assets for Instagram and Facebook (approx. 20% of role).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent graphic design tools
- A strong portfolio demonstrating illustration, pattern design, or print artwork
- Experience designing for apparel or print-on-demand products (preferred)
- Deep, lived familiarity with Christian culture, scripture, and faith-based audiences — this is a genuine requirement, as the work demands authentic representation of the brand's spiritual mission
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong aesthetic sensibility
- Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
