The Binocular Team is looking for a versatile, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, taking ideas from the research and planning phase all the way through production, shooting, and final editing. We currently handle social media for a group of businesses ranging from Education, Wellness, Hospitality and Tourism.

Key Responsibilities
- Sprint-Based Production: Execute and deliver high-quality content consistently in alignment with scheduled team sprints and deadlines.
- Photography & Videography: Capture stunning visual assets, handle equipment, and manage on-set framing, lighting, and audio for various content formats.
- Editing & Post-Production: Seamlessly edit video and photo assets. High proficiency in CapCut and Canva is required as a baseline; experience with advanced tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) is highly welcomed.
- Research & Content Planning: Stay ahead of industry trends, pitch creative concepts, and participate in collaborative brainstorming and planning sessions to build our content pipeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer/Editor, or a similar multimedia role (please provide a portfolio/showreel).
- Does not necessarily require a Graphic Design or Digital Business background, but Diploma or Undergraduate qualifications in this field are preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment.
- Solid editing skills using CapCut and Canva (minimum requirement); familiarity with other professional editing software is a major plus.
- Workflow Skills: Ability to work efficiently within a structured workflow/sprint system and adapt to constructive feedback.
