We are looking for a Video Content Creator to build the video presence of a growing multi-business portfolio from the ground up.
This is a hands-on creative role. You will not be executing someone else's brief. You will be helping decide what gets made in the first place, then making it.
Responsibilities:
Develop original video concepts and content ideas across multiple brands Shape each concept into a clear direction covering format, angle, hook and delivery Direct shoots, including guiding on-camera presence Edit end to end: cuts, pacing, sound design, captions and final delivery Build and maintain a consistent content pipeline rather than one-off videos Track performance and refine the approach based on what actually works
Requirements:
No formal experience required. Ideas and craft matter more than a CV Strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling Comfortable across the full production process from concept to camera to edit Working knowledge of editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Strong sense of taste and an understanding of why content works, not just that it does Independent, opinionated and comfortable pushing back on ideas Based in Karachi and available for on-location shoots
