The Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You'll own the camera from concept to capture — translating brand briefs into scroll-stopping photo and video content across a roster of very different clients and industries. If you get energized by switching contexts, solving creative problems on the fly, and making brands look their best, you'll fit right in.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can think like a strategist and shoot like a pro.
What You'll Do
Pre-production
- Translate client briefs and campaign goals into clear creative concepts
- Develop moodboards, storyboards, shot lists, and content calendars
- Plan shoots end-to-end: locations, scheduling, talent, props, and logistics
- Collaborate with our Creative Lead and Account Managers to align on direction before stepping on set
Production
- Shoot high-quality photography and video on location across multiple client projects
- Operate confidently with camera, lighting, and audio setups in varied environments — studios, outdoor activations, events, and client venues
- Direct talent and capture content that's on-brand and platform-ready (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and beyond)
Post & delivery
- Edit and color-grade content, or work closely with editors to bring shoots to life
- Adapt assets for different platforms, formats, and campaign needs
- Maintain a consistent quality bar across every client and deliverable
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in both photography and videography — pre-production planning and production execution
- A strong portfolio that shows range across multiple industries (not just one niche or aesthetic)
- A genuinely creative eye — you bring ideas, not just execution
- Comfort managing several projects and clients at once without dropping the ball
- Proficiency with editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Your own camera gear is a strong plus
- Self-directed, organized, and dependable on deadlines
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
Nice to Have
- Experience in an agency or working across multiple clients simultaneously
- Familiarity with short-form social content trends and platform best practices
- Motion graphics, drone, or basic graphic design skills
- A driver's license and willingness to travel to shoots around Bali
