About The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing team at Nimble Activewear. Reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and working closely with the Junior Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be creating best-in-class storytelling content across our organic social channels (Instagram and TikTok) and managing the day to day execution of our social media channels in the context of wider marketing campaigns.

This is a content role at it’s core. We’re looking for someone who is a natural storyteller, who will be hands-on in bringing Nimble’s brand, products, and community to life through engaging, on-brand, platform-native storytelling.

Key responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Be the primary creator for Nimble’s organic social channels, producing short-form video and static content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Film, edit, and publish content yourself — from on-brand TikToks to storytelling around brand, product craft and community.
  • Brief organic social content to design team where additional support is required, with clear creative direction.

Content Calendar:

  • Own the weekly content calendar for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring consistent, timely, and relevant posting, aligned with broader marketing storytelling.
  • Own the execution of each social channel, translating brand and campaign strategy into high-performing, platform-native content.
  • Monitor performance and contribute insights to refine and improve content over time.

Community Management:

  • Manage social inboxes, comments, and engagement, building a strong, authentic community connection.

Wider Marketing Alignment:

  • Work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Junior Marketing Manager to ensure social content supports wider brand moments, launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay deeply across social trends, sounds, creators, and cultural moments — and act quickly to bring them to life for Nimble.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on content creation or social media role, ideally within fashion, fitness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience creating content yourself — particularly short-form video for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Wildly creative, actualising ideas into real, tangible outcomes.
  • Deeply social-obsessed – you’re constantly consuming, testing, and thinking about what works on each platform.
  • Community-focused mindset, with experience engaging audiences via comments and DMs.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exposure to working within a high-performing brand and/or marketing team, with comfortability collaborating with other team members to deliver results at pace
