About The Role

The Content Creator (Video & Motion) at Leap Group is a creative and versatile professional responsible for bringing content ideas to life across various digital and social platforms. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and animating engaging visual content that aligns with brand strategies and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong storytelling instincts, proficient in motion graphics, editing, and production techniques. They should have a keen understanding of platform-specific content requirements, emerging trends, and audience behaviors to craft relevant and impactful content. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including creative, strategy, account, and production—is essential to ensure that content meets quality standards and project deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop innovative content strategies, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or related fields, preferably within an agency setting
  • Proficiency in shooting with DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and production fundamentals
  • Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
  • Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with color correction and finishing workflows
  • Ability to create content across multiple formats, including short-form, social, digital, and branded content
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving approach
  • Passion for storytelling and staying current with media, cultural, and technological trends

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality video, photo, and motion content from concept through final delivery for digital and social platforms
  • Shoot and edit video content, supporting color correction, motion graphics, and animation workflows
  • Contribute to content ideation and development, ensuring relevance and platform-specific optimization
  • Develop content tailored to audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Balance creative quality with efficiency, managing timelines, budgets, and evolving priorities
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to align content with brand goals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform behaviors, and new production techniques to keep content fresh and engaging
  • Approach feedback constructively and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
