Technical Artist

Location: Suffolk – Remote – Possible office visits if needed
- We are looking for an experienced content designer to join our team on a contract basis to provide maternity leave cover.
- You will work as an embedded content design resource within a cross-functional product team, partnering closely with product managers, product designers, engineers, data scientists, and UX researchers.
- Craft clear, user-centred content across product surfaces Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and deliver product experiences
- Contribute to content standards and ensure consistency across the product area Participate in design reviews and provide content expertise to the wider team Help maintain documentation and content guidelines
- Experience using AI tools or technical expertise is a plus
- You will bring strong content design craft, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Tope 3 skills:
- 5+ years experience in UX writing and content design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to craft clear, compelling in-product language
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – must be a team player
Good to have:
AI tools experience (strongly preferred)
Figma skills
E-commerce/ads product experience
Degree:
Not required – relevant experience trumps qualifications. Design-related degree or content design qualifications are a plus but not essential.
