Position: Content Lead for Gender Equity Project
Shape the future of coaching with your content expertise at the Women and Gender Equity Project. Become the Resource and Content Lead to craft impactful materials for women’s coaching programs.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Project Manager and collaborate with the CAC Marketing and Communications team. Your responsibility will be to develop high-quality resources enhancing gender equity in coaching. Utilizing your organizational and planning skills, you’ll ensure timely and effective delivery of content that meets project objectives and supports women’s mentorship in sport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging print and digital materials
• Incorporate participant insights into actionable content
• Design resources to standardize mentorship processes
• Contract experts for enriched content creation
• Monitor and ensure quality from external vendors
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of gender equity principles
• Proven experience in content development
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Facility with project management tools
