Job Description
As Console’s first content hire, you will build the entire content engine from the ground floor. You’ll architect narrative-driven strategies, craft exceptional copy, and drive pipeline through SEO, case studies, and social channels. Partnering directly with the founders and Head of Growth, you will define the voice of autonomous operations.

What You Will Do
- Architect and execute Console’s end-to-end content engine including SEO/GEO strategy, high-conversion case studies, sales enablement, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with founders and the Head of Growth to establish a narrative-driven brand voice that resonates with elite IT and Ops decision-makers.
- Manage the full content lifecycle from ideation and distribution across X, LinkedIn, and Reddit to performance measurement and iterative optimization.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of content experience at a top-tier B2B SaaS company known for editorial excellence and high-quality storytelling.
- Expert writer with a commercial mindset who prioritizes driving revenue and pipeline over vanity metrics like pageviews.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, in-person San Francisco environment, moving fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
