Meet Our Team:
We are looking for a person who understands that the most powerful frameworks deserve the most thoughtful storytelling. Someone who can turn complex business wisdom into content that Thai SME owners actually read, share, and act on.
Understanding the Role:
You will become the storyteller of Thailand's deepest SME intellectual capital. Working closely with Sinto Wanitkit and the BRANDi think tank, you will translate raw strategic thinking — frameworks, case studies, methodologies — into LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, newsletters, and downloadable assets that grow our authority every week.
This is not a content marketing role in the traditional sense. This is intellectual capital production — building a body of work that will outlast any campaign.
Your responsibilities include:
- Personal brand execution — receive raw ideas, bullets, and frameworks from Sinto and other BRANDists, then craft them into LinkedIn long-form posts, short-form video scripts (TikTok / Reels), and scheduled publication
- Intellectual property documentation — capture proprietary frameworks and methodologies, then transform them into articles, infographics, and downloadable assets that scale our knowledge
- Community content — write weekly newsletters for our SME alumni network and maintain content rhythm across LINE OA and Facebook
- Coordinate creative partners — manage freelance designers, video editors, and photographers when production requires it
- Measure and report — track engagement metrics, reach, content performance, and inbound leads generated through content, reporting monthly to leadership
We are looking for a BRANDist with:
- Mindset: Believes that great content is craft, not output — and that depth matters more than volume
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, editorial roles, social media management, or thought leadership production
- Background that fits well: agency content writer, in-house content marketer, junior journalist (Thai business publications), podcast producer assistant, or executive ghostwriter
- Strongest skill: ability to write Thai with elegance and business depth — supported by working-level English to read research and international source material
- Ability to understand and manifest data into effective visuals
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently within tight time frames
- Ability to work in a matrix organization within a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when distilling complex frameworks into accessible content
- Comfortable with modern content tools: Canva, CapCut/Premiere (basic), LinkedIn, TikTok, Notion, and AI-assisted production workflows
- Self-directed producer who can deliver high-quality output with structure, not chaos
- Flexibility and adaptability to manipulate a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet publication deadlines
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: 35,000–40,000 THB + performance bonus + production budget for tools and freelancers
- Career Growth: Clear path to Content Lead within 2 years, Head of Brand & Intellectual Capital within 5
- Exposure: Build the public voice of executives whose work is referenced by World Economic Forum, UN, Harvard Business Review, and The Economist
- Legacy: Your work will become the curriculum, books, and frameworks that shape how Thailand thinks about SME growth for the next decade
How to Apply:
E-mail K.Sinto Wanitkit at [email protected] with your profile, 3 writing samples (Thai or English), and one short note: "What is a piece of content you have produced that you are still proud of, and why?" — we read every submission personally.
