Job Description
You will manage social media presence for both Bloxspring and its high-impact clients across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Substack. This role bridges strategy and execution, requiring you to craft original B2B content, design visual assets, and engage communities. It’s a chance to own social for companies revolutionizing the built world.

What You Will Do

- Monitor industry news cycles to identify real-time engagement opportunities and manage community interactions to build meaningful relationships with B2B audiences.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2-3 years of experience in an agency or in-house role managing social media strategy and execution specifically for B2B brands.
- Possesses strong hands-on design skills and the ability to produce high-quality short-form video content without needing support from a dedicated designer.
- Demonstrates exceptional copywriting versatility, with the ability to switch between different professional registers and tones for multiple clients simultaneously.
