Role Overview 🚀
We are seeking a tech-savvy Content Writer who sits at the intersection of storytelling and innovation. This role is a unique hybrid: you will craft high-conversion narratives for both world-class travel brands (AAMP) and premium outdoor living contractors (Backyard Marketing Pros).
You aren't just a writer; you are an AI-literate content strategist. You will use the latest AI tools to streamline your workflow and ensure our clients' content is optimized for the next generation of discovery: AI Overviews (SGE), Answer Engines (AEO), and Generative Search (GEO).
Key Responsibilities ✍️AI-Enhanced Content Creation & Versatility
- Dual-Vertical Writing: Write compelling website copy that ranges from "adrenaline-pumping adventure" for travel clients to "luxury and craftsmanship" for outdoor living pros.
- Master AI Workflows: Proactively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to handle research, ideation, and drafting, allowing you to focus on high-level strategy and the final "human" polish.
- Cross-Brand Consistency: Ensure that a pool builder’s site feels as professional and authoritative as a premier tour operator’s site.
Strategic Search & Discovery (SEO/AEO/GEO)
- Intent-Based Research: Conduct keyword research that identifies the "traveler intent" for AAMP and the "high-value homeowner intent" for Backyard Marketing Pros.
- Future-Proofing: Update copy to meet GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) standards, ensuring AI models recommend our clients, whether a user asks, "Best snorkeling in Maui" or "Top-rated patio designer near me."
- AEO Implementation: Capture voice and chat-based queries by creating "answer-ready" content.
Team Collaboration
- Work between our In-Build team (launching new sites) and our Support team (optimizing existing clients).
- Coordinate with Web Dev and Project Management to ensure copy fits the visual design of both tourism and construction-focused layouts.
Must-Have Qualifications ✅
- Multi-Niche Writing Excellence: Proven experience writing for travel/hospitality OR home improvement/construction/luxury lifestyle sectors. (Experience in both is a massive plus!)
- AI Literacy: You are "AI-first." You know how to prompt effectively to switch between different brand voices instantly.
- Search Strategy: Solid understanding of SEO, with a genuine interest in how AI is changing search (AEO/GEO).
- CMS Knowledge: Experience working within WordPress to input, format, and optimize content.
