Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Investigative Journalist. The Investigative Journalist will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on various topics, developing content strategies, and writing well-documented and compelling stories. Additional tasks include web content writing, proofreading, and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and integrity of published work. The role may also involve interviewing sources, collecting data, and collaborating with other journalists and editors to produce high-quality investigative pieces.
Qualifications
- Advanced Research and Writing skills
- Experience in developing Content Strategies
- Web Content Writing and Proofreading skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of journalistic ethics and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field
- Experience in investigative journalism is a plus
