Role Description
The Cookie/Cupcake Artisan will be responsible for the design, production, and decoration of cookies and cupcakes, creating visually captivating and delicious baked goods for Beauty Blend’s clients. Daily tasks will include mixing, baking, decorating treats, ensuring product quality, testing new recipes, and maintaining high food safety standards. The Artisan will also address custom client orders and collaborate with the wider culinary team for new product development. This is a full-time, on-site role located within the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Baking, Dessert Decoration, and Artistic Presentation for cookies and cupcakes
- Proficiency in Recipe Development, Pastry Techniques, and Flavor Pairing
- Knowledge of Food Safety Standards, Sanitation Practices, and Quality Assurance
- Creativity in Design, Attention to Detail, and Strong Hand-Eye Coordination
- Teamwork, Time Management, and Adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Formal training, culinary certification, or equivalent experience in baking is a plus
